Two-player fighting game for iPhone
Arcade fighting with elbow room
Stand a few steps from a friend, each with your iPhone in hand. Throw a jab, a hook or an uppercut, block when they swing back, and chain moves into combos. The phones know how far apart you are, so stepping in and out of range matters.

Your arm is the controller
Hold your iPhone like you would hold a grip. The game reads each swing from the phone’s motion sensors.
Jab
Quick and straight. Fast to throw, easy to block.
Hook
Swing around from the side. Hits harder, takes longer.
Uppercut
Drive up from low. The big one.
Block
Bring your phone up to your face and take less damage.
Combos, like a real fighting game
Throw moves in the right order and the right rhythm and they land as a combo. Jab, jab, uppercut is the first one you learn. Miss the timing and it’s just three punches.
Range is real
The two phones measure the distance between them. Step in to land a hit and step back to get out of reach. Hits only count from a few steps away, and the game pauses if you get too close.
Listen, don’t look
You can’t watch a screen while you swing, so the game talks to you. You hear and feel every hit, block and combo. The screen is for health bars and replays between rounds.
Training mode is free and fun on your own
It teaches each move, checks your form, and learns how you throw your own jab, so the game reads you better. After that it’s combo drills, reaction drills and a workout timer for when nobody else is around.

Questions
Do we both need to buy it?
No. Only the person hosting the fight needs the full game. Your friend downloads it for free and joins.
Is it online?
No. Close Combo is for two people in the same room. The phones talk straight to each other, so there are no servers, no accounts and no strangers.
Which iPhones will it work on?
Range works best on iPhone 11 or newer, which can measure the distance to another iPhone. On older phones the game uses a rougher in-range check.
Is it safe to swing a phone around?
Use the wrist strap, clear some space, and stay a few steps apart. Hits only count from a set distance, and the game pauses if you get too close.
Is there a subscription or ads?
No. The full game is $4.99 once. There are no ads, no trial countdowns and no pop-ups asking you to upgrade.
When does it come out?
